As with normal diapers, swim diapers are not permitted in many public pools, due to the still existing health risks involved. This product does include leak guards, but it is uncertain as to whether these are effective in this type of environment.

The advantages of one type of swim diaper over the other are debatable. The obvious advantage of disposable swim diapers is that there is no need to clean them in order to be used again. Cloth swim diapers, on the other hand, can be reused again and again instead of being thrown right into the garbage. This coupled with the effect on the environment that disposable diapers have makes reusable cloth swim diapers the better choice for some.

We used the pink diaper in a size M paired with a top and shorts from UV Skin for our daughter last summer. I loved this diper–it stays snug but not too tight around the legs, contains all poo, lets urine pass with no problem, and is easy to clean! Sooooo much better than the disposable alternative, and cute to boot!

We used these swim diapers exclusively during this past summer for our 12-month old. I’d say they fit a little big but fit better as the summer wore on and she got bigger. They definitely seemed like they would hold everything in and i felt extremely confident taking our daughter into the public pool twice a week with them on. I also recommended them to all my playgroup mommies so you know they are good!

Very vibrant diapers. They are extremely trim and hold in poo very well. They do run big though, so I would go a size down if your baby is in between sizes. The large is very very big on my 22lb 7 month old.

It goes on and comes off so easy. There is no bulk and they are so cute. I have really cute trunks for my son, but most of the time just leave him in the swim diaper because it’s just as cute.

I bought my daughter one of these when she was a few months old, and now she’s 2 and we’re on our second one. It works great- no poo leaks at all, and she’s tested that! She looks adorable running around with those little flowers on her pink diaper. It’s such a shame to cover it up with a swimsuit that last summer she just wore the bathing suit top a lot of the time. It also wears well- she’s on her second summer with this one, and it shows VERY little pilling on the behind from sitting at the pool. My bathing suit has more wear, and I bought it the same time as her swim diaper. I’m buying another to give a friend as a gift for her new daughter.

Compared to normal diapers it’s very comfort for the babies and is there any problem when we reuse diaper with out cleaning..

I typically use this diaper for night-time. It’s super absorbent with its many layers, but a bit bulky for me to use during the day with clothes. I’ve never had a leak & it’s held up good with a few poops. My only complaint is the aplix tabs. They ALWAYS get stuck to other dipes in the wash. The little fold-back doesn’t hold well. The diaper dries quickly though.

Good absorbency overall. I think these work well for babies around 10-12 lbs and up but are bulky until around 16-18 lbs in my experience. They sell the newborn size as well and if you plan to use these type of diapers exclusively, I would get the newborn style for a newborn. They say the one-size can fit a larger newborn but I’m a little doubtful about that. The only annoying thing I can think of is that poop sticks to this fabric more than others but if you use some sort of liners that wouldn’t be an issue as much.

This is awesome so simple to use and so cute. Why didn’t I thought of it. My daughter is only 3 months old but when she is old enough I will definitely get one for her.

I used this with Joshua as a newborn. They’re good as a nappy, I just found them a bit fiddly putting them on as only the wrap holds them done up, iyswim, there’s no aplix/poppers. That said, DH was much better at using them than I was!

With the flannel Imse Vimse nappies you can’t use a nippa as there is no pile for it to grab onto. They have to be held with a close fitting wrap.

I have some I intend to try out but I haven’t done so yet………

I was thinking an old-fashioned nappy pin would do the trick though if you did want to fasten it but that doesn’t really help if you have a wriggly bub.

I’ve been buying some similar to these to take my boys swimming, but the ones i’ve been picking up are more expensive and not as good as these. I’ll definitely try the Imse Vimse ones because they look more secure, plus I think they’ll be more comfortable for the children.

    2. Research the company’s website and search for testimonials, and search for testimonials on other sites as well. A brand new company might not be able to offer you an extensive website nor testimonials to show you the work they’ve done, nevertheless don’t count them out, now is the time for many new companies to be sprouting up and offering great services at discounted prices. But whenever possible, research the San Diego carpet cleaning company’s website and other testimonials to see what others are saying about that company.

This is very neat. I’m not sure though whether this is permitted in a public pool. Is this available on local stores?
