Bought my first bottle of Piggy Paint today. Hoping it will be an incentive for my young daughter to quit biting her nails. And no, I do not plan to paint my toddlers nails regularly. Once a month is fine. And for fun holidays like Halloween! But at least the option is out there. A heck of a lot better than the alternative “adult” polishes that are TOXIC. I don’t paint my own nails but I will use Piggy Paint for me now!

I loved it! It’s true that this color is not really my favourite, but the formula is more than amazing! It is very dense but still thick enough so I could get really close to my cuticles (I couldn’t go so close with any other polish). The brush is on the softer and longer side, but it works great.
I don’t know how else to describe it: it’s something you should try to believe it. You get an even application with just one super thin coat! And two coats are opaque and just perfect. There is not any toxic smell (you know that one, that makes you go dizzy) and to be completely honest, when I opened it, it smelled like chocolate to me (no kidding!). I had to smell it a couple of times to realize I was wrong (too bad, but we don’t want the kids to eat their nail polish, right?).
Hey I have already given it a try. Loved it! Even though I got some chips in the first day, it’s so easy to apply and it doesn’t take too long to dry (on the average side) so that’s not a big problem (and with that blow drier technique or a top coat the problem should be solved).
I painted my 6 year old daughters little piggy’s first, then my 3 year old’s.The nailpolish was super mild smelling, almost odorless and it dried SO quickly! One hand/foot was dry and not at all tacky by the time I started on the next. I totally love that because when painting a little ones nails, keeping them still and not touching things is easier said than done. So fast drying polish is a super plus!

I was impressed with several attributes with the polish. It was indeed very low odor… I had to put my nose to the polish to smell anything. It went on fairly dark… we ended up only doing one coat and she was satisfied. When applying the nail polish I noticed it went on smoothly and evenly. No clumps, not watery and fairly dark.
I also got to try the nail polish remover the same day as the nail polish. Why, you may ask? Well… my adorable 2 year old son insisted that his nails (and toes) be adorned with polish as well. What’s a mom to do, right? So I painted them! (*giggling*) Yes, I have blackmail pictures for later.
There are new cosmetics being developed every day, so this should by no means be considered a complete list but a starting place.
It is especially important that pregnant women, and those nursing children be aware that the various toxins in normal polishes can have an effect on the normal growth of both the fetus and the nursling, as well as upon their future health.
I just love this non toxic, low odor, water-based, hypoallergenic, and eco friendly nail polish. As it is eco friendly it is very safe even to use at the time of pregnancy. It also gives a durable finish too. it is available in different colors and when When applying the nail polish it went on swimmingly and evenly without any balls. Ty.

It is good concept. I have tried it. Quality is much better then regular once. I like pink color becz it is my favorite color.
